Strokes take the lives of more than 5 million people every year all over the world. In some places in the westernized world, strokes are the catalyst behind all time disability in older people. The number of stroke victims has increased  over the last few decades. The sad part is that although people over the age of 65 are at a higher risk of getting a stroke, the young below the age of 40 are not protected.
